We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Vyaply platform and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us
We collect information that you voluntarily provide when using our Services, including:
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and business details when you create an account
- WhatsApp Business Information: WhatsApp Business account details, phone numbers, and API credentials
- Communication Data: Messages, chat logs, customer interactions, and conversation history processed through our platform
- Payment Information: Billing details and payment card information (processed securely through third-party payment processors)
- Support Communications: Information provided in support tickets, emails, or other correspondence with us
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Information about how you use our Services, including features accessed, time spent, and interaction patterns
- Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and mobile network information
- Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activities
- Analytics Data: Performance metrics, error logs, and usage statistics
2.3 Data Stored by Vyaply on Our Servers
To provide the full functionality of the Vyaply platform, we store the following data on our own secure databases (hosted on our cloud infrastructure). Unlike Meta's Cloud API — which temporarily stores messages for up to 30 days solely for delivery and then permanently deletes them — Vyaply retains this data for as long as your account is active or as otherwise described in Section 7 (Data Retention):
- Conversation History & Chat Logs: All WhatsApp messages sent and received through the Vyaply platform are stored in our databases to power chat history, agent handoffs, and conversation continuity. This is separate from Meta's 30-day temporary storage — your conversation data lives in Vyaply's database until you delete it or close your account.
- Message Templates: WhatsApp message templates you create, submit for approval, and use within the platform are stored on our servers, including template content, category, language, variables, and approval status.
- Lead Information: Customer lead profiles captured through WhatsApp flows, including contact details, lead scores, qualification status, lifecycle stage, and any custom fields you configure.
- Team & User Management: Information about your team members who have access to the Vyaply platform — including names, email addresses, roles, permissions, and login activity.
- Campaign Data: Broadcast campaigns you create and schedule, including recipient lists, message content, scheduling details, delivery statistics (sent, delivered, read, failed), and campaign history.
- Automation Flows & Rules: Chatbot flows, automation rules, trigger conditions, response templates, and workflow configurations you build within the platform.
- Analytics & Reporting Data: Aggregated and individual metrics including message counts, response rates, lead conversion rates, campaign performance, agent activity reports, and platform usage statistics.
- Contact & Customer Database: The list of customers and contacts synced or imported into your Vyaply account, including phone numbers, names, tags, and conversation metadata.
This data is your business data and is stored securely on Vyaply's infrastructure. You retain ownership of this data and may request export or deletion at any time by contacting support@vyaply.in.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve our WhatsApp automation services
- Account Management: To create and manage your account, authenticate users, and process transactions
- Communication: To send you service updates, technical notices, security alerts, and support messages
- Automation Processing: To enable chatbot responses, lead generation, and automated messaging features
- Analytics and Insights: To analyze usage patterns, measure effectiveness, and generate insights for business decisions
- Improvement: To develop new features, enhance user experience, and optimize platform performance

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- WhatsApp / Meta Platforms: Vyaply uses the WhatsApp Business Cloud API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When messages are sent or received through our platform, they are transmitted via Meta's Cloud API infrastructure. Meta temporarily stores message data on its servers for up to 30 days to facilitate delivery, after which it is automatically deleted. By using Vyaply, you acknowledge that your message data is processed by Meta in accordance with the WhatsApp Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Business Policy.
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist with hosting, analytics, payment processing, and customer support
- Aakoryx Group Entities: Information may be shared within the Aakoryx Global Solutions LLP group for internal business operations and service improvements
- Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or sale of assets
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and safety
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API & Data Storage — Who Stores What
Since Vyaply is built on the WhatsApp Business Cloud API (Meta Platforms, Inc.), it is important to understand how message data flows between Meta's infrastructure and Vyaply's own databases. There are two independent storage systems involved, each with a different purpose and retention period.
5.1 What Meta Stores (Temporary — Delivery Only)
- Message Routing via Meta: When you send or receive a WhatsApp message through Vyaply, it is transmitted through Meta's Cloud API for delivery. Meta acts as an independent data processor solely for delivery.
- Temporary Storage — 30 Days Only: Meta temporarily stores message content on its servers for up to 30 days to ensure reliable delivery. After 30 days, Meta permanently and automatically deletes these messages from its servers. Meta does not maintain long-term conversation records.
- Meta's Policies Apply: This processing is governed by WhatsApp's Privacy Policy, WhatsApp Business Policy, and WhatsApp Terms of Service. Vyaply has no control over Meta's independent processing.
- Encryption Note: Business API messages are not end-to-end encrypted between the business and Meta's servers. Meta does not use business messages for advertising purposes.
5.2 What Vyaply Stores (Persistent — Platform Functionality)
Because Meta does not retain conversation history after 30 days, Vyaply stores this data independently on its own secure databases to power platform features like chat history, lead management, campaign tracking, and analytics. This includes:
- Full Conversation History: All messages sent and received through the platform are stored in Vyaply's database and remain accessible in your dashboard. This data persists beyond Meta's 30-day window and is retained until you delete it or close your account.
- All other platform data (templates, leads, campaigns, automations, team data, analytics) — as detailed in Section 2.3 above.

By using Vyaply's WhatsApp features, you and your customers acknowledge and consent to both forms of data processing described above.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

- Secure cloud infrastructure with access controls
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Employee training on data protection and privacy
- Multi-factor authentication for account access
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our Services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your information within 90 days, except where we must retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
